Linköpings Universitet and Östsvenska Handelskammaren arranged a seminar about construction supply chain management and virtual construction processes. One part of the seminar was a panel discussion about digitization of the construction industry, where Magnus Rydberg (product manager Myloc Construction) was one of the participants.
– In order to optimize construction supply chain management, construction companies need to understand and improve their skills in planning and logistics and here, construction management must take a greater responsibility, says Magus Rydberg.
