POLICY REGARDING INTEGRITY AND MARKETING

1. GENERAL

This privacy and marketing policy (“privacy policy”) describes how Myloc AB, corporate identity number 556700-1218, Kärleksgatan 1A, SE-211 45 MALMÖ , e-mail: gdpr@myloc.se, (“Myloc”, “we”) collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal information. The policy covers all companies and brands within Myloc AB: Myloc Construction, Myloc Logistics, Olivetree Solutions.

 

Myloc takes the personal integrity in connection with purchase, use, service matters and other contact with Myloc seriously. You should always be able to feel safe when you submit your personal information to us. With this Privacy Policy, we want to show how we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with current personal data legislation. As of 25 May 2018, the Data Protection Regulation GDPR applies throughout the EU / EEA.

 

The policy covers the processing of personal data from customers, users and visitors to our websites, customer portals, apps, platforms in social media, newsletters in connection with purchases, use, service matters (“Digital Channels”).

2. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING?

Myloc is responsible for personal data for Myloc’s processing of your personal data and is responsible for such processing in accordance with current legislation. Myloc is also responsible for the processing of personal data within the framework of holding a user account, but only those users of companies that have an agreement with Myloc AB (the “Customer”). If the Customer registers accounts for its contractual partners, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the processing of this personal data takes place in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. WHEN DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

When you use and visit our Digital Channels or its services, participate in our events or communicate with us in Digital Channels, we may collect and process personal information about you. The information collected from you is required in order for you to enter into an agreement with Myloc and for Myloc to be able to provide its services and offers.

 

If you are a registered user of any of Myloc’s customer portals, Myloc collects personal information about you that you provide in connection with your registration. Registration is carried out by you or by Myloc if agreed. Myloc also collects personal information while you are an account holder within the framework of your account holding, such as your purchase history, usage history, how you interact on Myloc’s website and customer portals, which newsletters you open and which links in these you click on. Myloc also processes information that Myloc is accessed from time to time through your user account in Myloc’s customer portals. As an account holder, you can update your information at any time.

 

What personal data do we collect and process about you in Digital Channels?

You who visit and use our Digital Channels or its services, participate in our events and communicate with us in Digital Channels, we may collect and process personal information about you. Below is a description of the information that is collected and processed for each Digital Channel and its services, at events and other communication in Digital Channels.

4.1 MYLOC LOGISTICS AND MYLOC CONSTRUCTION

The personal data Myloc collects and processes about you who are the account holder and user of Myloc Logistics and Myloc Construction is described below. Regardless of whether your company is the Customer or the Customer’s contractual partner, we collect and process personal information about you.

  • – In some cases also history of previous changes (User ID and time, and what has changed)
  • – For some functions, there is time logging on tasks (person, how long, between which times the work was done). The purpose is for the customer to be able to invoice their customer according to price lists based on working hours per type of task)

4.2 MYLOCS WEBSITE MYLOC.SE

Below is a description of the personal data that Myloc collects and processes from you when you visit our website. We use the tool Google Analytics. The personal information can only be linked to your IP address, unless you yourself fill in forms where you yourself choose to share personal data such as name and e-mail address that can be linked to you as a person.

When you actively register or agree to become a registered subscriber to Myloc’s newsletter, we collect and process personal information about you. We use the tool APSIS for this. The main purposes of our newsletters are the marketing of our services and events. When you unsubscribe from all newsletters, all personal information is deleted and ceases to be processed and stored by us. All personal information that we collect and process for this purpose is described below:

4.4 CRM SYSTEM

The personal information that Myloc collects, via Digital Channels or events, is processed in CRM systems so that we can easily find contact information and follow the development of the business relationship.

5. WHY DO WE PROCESS INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

Myloc processes your personal data for various purposes. Mainly treats Myloc in order to:

 

  • – Fulfill our obligations to you as a customer, such as making purchases and accessing our services, invoicing, providing support and administering agreements and account holdings.
  • – Enable general customer care and customer service, as for answering questions and correcting incorrect information
  • – For us to be able to communicate with you in contact via customer service and Digital Channels
  • – Share with us information and direct marketing by mail, e-mail and telephone regarding Myloc’s and selected partners’ goods and services.
  • – Manage the customer relationship and provide our services
  • – Provide you with relevant information and suitable offers in newsletters (which you can easily choose to unsubscribe from) and on our websites.

6. THE LEGAL BASIS FOR OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Myloc always processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law. We process your personal data when it is necessary to fulfill an agreement with you or respond to your request for customer service and then we have another legitimate and legitimate interest in processing your personal data, such as an interest in marketing us to visitors , customers and users of our Digital Channels or an interest in developing our Digital Channels.

In some cases, Myloc may have a legal obligation to process your personal data. 8. PROFILING

9. HOW LONG DO WE SAVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as there is a need to save them to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this privacy policy. Myloc may save the data longer if necessary to comply with legal requirements or to safeguard Myloc’s legal interests, for example if a legal process is ongoing.

Myloc stores customer information for a maximum of ten years after the customer last made a purchase, used our services or otherwise interacted with Myloc.

10. WHO DO WE SUBMIT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Myloc may disclose your information to third parties, such as to affiliates and service providers we use. Myloc may also disclose your information to companies that provide address updates to ensure that we have accurate address information for you.

 

Third parties to whom Myloc discloses information or otherwise provides information about a Customer, Account Holder or Subscriber may only use the information for the purpose of selling and marketing Myloc’s and Myloc’s partners’ services or products or for the purpose of delivering services related to Myloc’s agreements with you as a customer, Account Holder or subscriber.

 

Personal data may also be disclosed by Myloc if it is necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, to safeguard Myloc’s legal interests or to detect, prevent or draw attention to security and technical problems.

 

Myloc may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU / EEA if any of Myloc’s suppliers or partners are there. If personal data is transferred to any country outside the EU / EEA, Myloc will take measures to ensure that the personal data remains protected and also take the necessary measures to legally transfer personal data to countries outside the EU / EEA.

If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate the agreement, terminate your Myloc account or unsubscribe from our newsletters. Myloc is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law. Myloc will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement any information that is found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

 

You have the right to request that:

  • – Get information about where the information was collected if it was not collected directly from you

Myloc reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for its actions or refuse to comply with the request, in cases where the data subject’s request is manifestly unfounded or unreasonable. According to the GDPR, a request is considered unreasonable when the data subject repeatedly requests information that is manifestly unfounded.

 

You always have the right to submit any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Data Inspectorate.
