Thanks to EU-support through Tillväxtverket and Region Skåne, Myloc Construction’s strategies for sustainable construction are introduced to new markets
The implementation of Myloc’s cloud service for logistical management and construction production, Myloc Construction, contributes in several areas to our client’s goals for increased sustainability. Among other things, Myloc Construction supports projects by helping ensure compliance with the EU’s climate goals: M3, M4, S3, S4, S7 och E1 and E4. We’ve also noticed growing international interest from outside the EU in adopting more sustainable and efficient ways of running construction projects. Based on this Myloc is now, with help from our partners and financiers, exploring new opportunities for expansion to spread the word about our ideas and methods.
We are very proud and pleased that Business Sweden has paid special notice to Myloc Construction in connection with the high ambitions regarding environmentally conscious growth which Saudi Arabia have stated in their objective Vision 2030. At Myloc we see common ground in our method and the Saudi Arabian targets for increased sustainability, and we look forward to building connections that support continued and more green development in the region.
Swedish companies have a history of creation and sharing new smart technology in general, and at Myloc we both can and want to follow in those footsteps. With support from the the EU, Tillväxtverket and Region Skåne we’ve initiated a collaboration where, among others, before mentioned Business Sweden has been engaged in order to build relations and network with leading local and international actors in Saudi Arabia. We bring with us our experiences from a range of substantial references in various large and innovative landmark construction projects in the Nordics covering infrastructure, hospital complexes, and industrial as well as scientific research facilities to mention a few. Lessons we’re happy to export to contribute to increased productivity and sustainable growth.
In connection with visits to Riyadh where we’ve made many exciting new connections we at Myloc have also brought in more in-depth knowledge about Saudi Arabia through dialog and a presentation from Anders Persson, university lektor at Linnéuniversitetet, political scientist and specialized in study of the middle east. We appreciate the opportunity to take part of his insights and conversations that have given us a deeper knowledge of the people and the culture, and a better understanding of the business opportunities in the region.
